Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of torontoshowerglass.ca (the “website”), operated by Toronto Shower Glass, by Evolution Glass & Renos (“we”, “us”, “our”) in Toronto, Ontario. By using the website, requesting an online estimate or paying a site visit deposit, you agree to these Terms.

1. Online estimates

The online questionnaire provides an estimated project range, not a quote, offer or contract. This is an estimated installed price range based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed after measurements, layout review and site conditions are verified. Your final price may be higher or lower than the estimated range. Any agreement to supply and install shower glass will be made separately, in writing, after the site visit.

Please provide accurate information. Estimates are based on the details, measurements and photos you submit.

2. Site visit deposit

You may book a site visit by paying a deposit (currently $100 CAD) online. The site visit deposit is applied toward your final project if you proceed with your shower glass installation. Deposits are processed securely by Stripe; your payment information is entered directly with Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s terms.

After you pay, we will contact you to schedule your site visit. If you need to reschedule or cancel your site visit, or have a question about your deposit, please contact us as soon as possible. Any refund of a deposit will be handled in accordance with our deposit policy communicated to you and applicable law.

3. Photos and information you submit

You confirm that you have the right to share any photos you upload and you allow us to use them to review and estimate your project. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Using the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false information, attempting to access areas of the website that are not intended for you, or interfering with its operation.

5. Website content

Website content, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Toronto Shower Glass, by Evolution Glass & Renos and may not be copied or reused without permission. Illustrations are for general reference and may not represent your finished project.

6. Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or reliance on an online estimate. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws, including Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act, 2002.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in Ontario.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when they were last changed.
